These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Voyantra Agrotech Private Limited (operating the Venue96 brand, together referred to as "we", "our" or "us"), having its registered office at 14 Gopi Bose Lane, Bowbazaar, Kolkata - 700012, West Bengal, India. By accessing or using www.venue96.com you agree to be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Nature of Service

Venue96 is an online platform that facilitates the booking of Indian Railways train tickets, PNR status checks, fare enquiries and allied services. Venue96 is not the carrier; the contract of carriage is between the passenger and Indian Railways. We act as an authorised intermediary between the User and Indian Railways / IRCTC.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law.
  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and booking.
  • Any booking made using false or misleading information may be cancelled without refund.

3. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at voyantra26@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Bookings & Pricing

  • All fares are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are based on the fare table published by Indian Railways at the time of booking.
  • A convenience fee and applicable GST are added to the base fare. Fee schedule is published on the Services & Fares page.
  • Availability of seats (Confirmed, RAC, Waitlist) is dynamic and not guaranteed until payment is successfully captured and a PNR is generated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking in case of technical errors, pricing errors, payment failures or suspected fraud, with a full refund of the amount charged.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
  • We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, net-banking and select wallets.
  • All transactions are final upon successful charge and PNR generation, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which follows Indian Railways rules. Convenience fees and payment-gateway charges are non-refundable.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Carry a valid Government-issued photo ID matching the ID details given at booking.
  • Board the train at the designated boarding station. No-show tickets are non-refundable.
  • Comply with Indian Railways rules regarding luggage, conduct and restricted items.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or speculative purpose.
  • Create fake accounts or use automated scripts/bots to access or book tickets.
  • Resell, transfer or commercially exploit tickets obtained through Venue96.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or breach the security of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, UI and code on Venue96 are the property of Voyantra Agrotech Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venue96 / Voyantra Agrotech Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Train delays, cancellations, route changes or schedule changes made by Indian Railways.
  • Loss of baggage, personal injury or any event occurring during the journey.
  • Indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.
  • Any act or omission beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount actually received by us from you for the disputed booking, excluding statutory taxes.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyantra Agrotech Private Limited, its directors, employees, contractors and partners from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform or your violation of applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
