Fares below are indicative ranges per passenger per journey, based on distance and train type. Exact fare is computed at checkout using the live Indian Railways fare table plus applicable convenience fee and GST.

Booking Quotas We Support
Different booking types carry different fare denominations and rules. We surface all of these at checkout.
General Quota
Standard advance booking up to 120 days before the journey. Base fare as published by Indian Railways.
Tatkal
Bookings opened 1 day before departure — 10:00 AM (AC) / 11:00 AM (Non-AC). 10–30% premium over base fare.
Premium Tatkal
Dynamic-fare Tatkal seats where fare increases with demand. Non-refundable on confirmation.
Ladies Quota
Reserved berths for women travellers. Base fare, no premium.
Senior Citizen
Berth preference for passengers aged 60+ (male) / 58+ (female). Base fare.
Lower Berth Allocation
Automatic lower-berth preference for seniors, pregnant women and travellers below 5 years.

Venue96 Convenience Fee
A small, transparent convenience fee is added to every booking to cover payment gateway charges, live seat availability and customer support.
- Non-AC classes (SL, 2S, GN): ₹15 per passenger
- AC classes (3A, 2A, 1A, CC, EC): ₹30 per passenger
- GST (5%) is levied on the convenience fee as per Government of India rules.
- Convenience fee is non-refundable on cancellation.
